Your year-end
portfolio,
already built.
Snap a worksheet. We file it under the right child, subject, and standard. When your evaluation date arrives, your portfolio is already done — because you built it thirty seconds at a time, all year long.

Most homeschool portfolios are assembled in a panic the week before evaluation.
You started the year intending to keep good records. A few months in, life happened. Now your evaluation date is in three weeks, and you’re sorting through your camera roll trying to remember what fractions worksheet came from which month.
Brand-new planner. Color-coded subjects. This year will be different.
Two kids, three subjects, a co-op day. The log hasn't been touched in two weeks.
A weekend photographing crumpled worksheets while reconstructing a year of memory.
Thirty seconds today. A finished portfolio on evaluation day.
A photo of the worksheet.
Take a picture with your phone. Or forward it from your camera roll via email. There's no app to open and no form to fill out. The capture is the entry.

We draft. You correct.
AI reads the photo and pre-fills the subject, a summary, and matching state standards. You're always in control — every suggestion is one tap to change.
It's already in your portfolio.
Filed under the right child, subject, and date. Tagged to the right standard. The year-end portfolio writes itself, one entry at a time. You go back to your life.
We know what FS 1002.41 actually requires.
The Florida home education program has specific requirements, and the law is less burdensome than most parents think. We produce exactly what evaluators expect — a log of activities with dates, a reading list, work samples, and attendance — and nothing more.

A few things parents ask before they start.
Does this work for all Florida homeschool families?
Yes — whether you file a Letter of Intent with your county or participate through a private school umbrella, the portfolio requirements under FS 1002.41 are the same. The app produces exactly what your evaluator needs: a dated activity log, work samples, a reading list, and attendance.
What does the AI actually do?
It reads each photo or PDF you upload and drafts the subject (e.g. Mathematics, Language Arts), a one-sentence summary of the activity, a mastery level, and the closest matching Florida B.E.S.T. or NGSSS standards. Every suggestion is editable — AI is a first draft, not a final answer.
Is my family's data private?
Your photos and entries are stored privately with signed URLs that only your family can access. We do not sell data, advertise to children, or use your child's work to train AI models. The only person who sees your portfolio is whoever you choose to share it with.
What does the evaluator actually see?
You send them a private link (or a PDF). They see a clean, formatted document: a cover page with your child's name and school year, the full activity log, subject-organized work samples with photos, a reading list, and the attendance record. It looks like a proper portfolio — because it is one.
